Cicely Frempong, the creator of SoundmindsUK, a mental health organisation focused on educating and assisting young individuals. Leading a team of over 10 members, they conduct workshops in schools, football clubs, and businesses. SoundmindsUK actively fundraises to support young people dealing with mental health challenges across the UK. Cicely holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from UCL, with 6 years of experience in the field. Currently, she is pursuing qualifications in psychodynamic counseling and psychotherapy.
