Mental Health Nurse Mental Health First Aid England Training Instructor 14 years working in various mental health settings, inpatient and community NHS setting including police and A&E assessments, adult acute wards and mother and baby units. She has a pent time working in tertiary education sector supporting staff and students with their emotional wellbeing facilitating wellbeing workshops. She’s also trained over 100 mental health first aiders, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to support those experiencing a mental health crisis.
